Amazon AWS

  • Address: 60 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FD
  • Data: We store dealer and customer information in databases, and video content on servers run by Amazon AWS.
  • Purpose: Data storage, image and video processing


  • Address: Tremough Innovation Centre, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9TA
  • Data: Do not hold any data, process mobile numbers of dealership staff and general public.
  • Purpose: Used for delivery of SMS in Showroom solution (to sales/dealership staff, and to video recipients e.g. car buyers)


  • Address: 330 W 34th St. Floor 10, New York 
  • Data: Process and hold vehicle advert & Showroom videos
  • Purpose: Used for transcoding and hosting of videos


  • Data: Customer relationship data including names, email addresses and phone numbers of customers, contract data including contracts, generic CRM data capture for relationship management and support. 
  • Purpose: Used as our centralise Customer Relationship Manager for the CitNOW Group as well as marketing campaigns (Marketing Cloud)

Zype TV Ltd

Zype TV Ltd is the same Group (CitNOW Group) and houses the contracts with our CRM Manager and further purposes for both Internal Employee Data and Customer data.

  • Address: 8-10 Corn Exchange Road, Stirling, FK8 2HX, Scotland
  • Data: As part of the same group, Zype TV Ltd has access to all data gathered and created by Auto Imaging. This may include (but is not limited to) entity employee details, customer (dealer) details as well as consumer personally identifiable information required for the services.
  • Purpose: Head Office activities (e.g. HR, Finance, Development Support and Centralised Product Functions)

Auto Imaging Corona Virus Statement

Dear customer At this very difficult time Auto Imaging are adhering to all government guidelines, working from home where possible and remain fully operational. The most important thing to us is everyones health and well being. In this unique situation we find ourselves in, advertising of services may seem futile and arguably insensitive to some. We understand this, but also know that by allowing communication to continue, working closely with our partners and adapting where necessary, we can help. We are already developing variations in products that can fit into the upcoming changes in work processes retailers may face. This year will be difficult, but strong foundations and relationships will certainly help.
